Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any request you submit to Repo Ya Cars. By submitting a repossession request you confirm you are authorised to instruct recovery of the asset and that the information provided is true and correct.

Authorised instructions only

Our repossession request form and Letter of Authority are intended for credit providers, finance companies, dealers and owners with a lawful right to recover an asset. Submitting an instruction you are not entitled to give is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

Verification before attendance

We verify the security interest, default position and National Credit Code thresholds before attending. We may decline or pause any job that cannot be evidenced as lawful, or where a court order is required and not yet obtained.

Indemnity

You indemnify Repo Ya Cars against claims arising from incorrect information you supply or from any lack of lawful entitlement to recover an asset, as set out in the Letter of Authority.
